Buffalo Wings Ingredients

Method

Buffalo Wings Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season and Bake

Sprinkle salt and garlic powder over the wings. Toss to coat evenly. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing on the side.
