Choose Your Base
Decide whether you want to use orange juice or wheat beer as the base for your mimosa.

Chill the Drinks
Ensure that both the champagne and your chosen base (orange juice or wheat beer) are chilled before preparing the mimosa.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, pour 2 cups of your chosen base (either orange juice or wheat beer).

Add Champagne
Slowly add 4 cups of chilled champagne to the pitcher with the base. Stir gently to combine.

Serve
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes, filling each glass about 2/3 full.

Garnish
Add a fresh orange slice to the rim of each glass for garnish.
