Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Cut the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips to make fries.

  2. 2

    Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Bake the Fries

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Burger Patties

  1. 4

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.

  2. 5

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

  3. 6

    Grill the Patties

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).

Assemble the Burger

  1. 7

    Prepare the Toppings

Wash the lettuce leaves and slice the tomato into rounds.

  2. 8

    Toast the Buns

Optional: Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute until lightly golden.

  3. 9

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of the bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the grilled chicken patty, tomato slices, and then the top half of the bun.
