Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Chicken Wings Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Toss with Hot Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 5
Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the dressing is creamy.
- 6
Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to the dressing according to your taste. Mix again to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- 7
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
