Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- 2
Make the Breading
In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and water. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated, then place them on a lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Bake the coated cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
While the cauliflower is baking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce and garlic powder until well combined.
- 6
Toss with Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
Serving
- 7
Serve
Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, garnished with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side, if desired.
