Method
Preparation of Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Coating the Cauliflower

Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and water. Whisk until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated. Shake off any excess batter.
Baking

Bake the Cauliflower
Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Preparing Buffalo Sauce

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined and heated through.
Tossing and Serving

Combine Cauliflower and Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and toss the florets in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Garnish and Serve
Transfer the buffalo cauliflower to a serving platter. Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions and serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side.
