Prepare the Shrimp
While the steak is resting, set up a breading station. In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, whisk the egg. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs. Dip each shrimp first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 3
Fry the Shrimp
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded shrimp and fry for 2-3 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove the shrimp and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Slice the broiled sirloin and serve alongside the crispy shrimp. Enjoy your surf and turf!
