Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hamburger Steak

In a bowl, mix the ground chuck with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into a patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Hamburger Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Onions

In the same skillet, add sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and caramelized, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, etc.).

  5. 5

    Make the Gravy

Add beef broth to the skillet with the onions, scraping up any brown bits from the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

  6. 6

    Serve

Place the hamburger steak on a plate, top with sautéed onions and gravy, and serve with the fried eggs on the side.
