Prepare the Turkey
In a slow cooker, season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is tender and fully cooked.
Slice the Turkey
Once cooked, remove the turkey from the slow cooker and slice it into thin pieces.
Heat the Gravy
In a saucepan, heat the turkey gravy over medium heat until warmed through.
Assemble the Sandwich
Layer slices of turkey on two pieces of toasted bread. Pour warm turkey gravy over the turkey and top with the remaining slices of bread.
Serve
Cut the sandwich in half and serve hot with extra gravy on the side if desired.
