    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

    Dip the Toast

    Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Dip each slice of Texas toast into the egg mixture, allowing both sides to soak for a few seconds.

    Cook the Toast

    Place the soaked toast onto the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Add more butter to the skillet as needed.
