Method

Preparing the Burger

  1. 1

    Form the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside on paper towels to drain.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty. Cover with a lid to melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Toast the Pretzel Rolls

While the patties are cooking, slice the pretzel rolls in half and toast them on a separate skillet or in the oven until golden brown.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 6

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted pretzel roll, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheesy patty. Add bacon slices, onion rings, tomato slices, pickles, and drizzle BBQ sauce over the top.

  2. 7

    Finish with Condiments

Spread mustard and ketchup on the top half of the pretzel roll, then place it on top of the assembled burger.

  3. 8

    Serve

Serve the Stinger Burgers immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side, if desired.
