Pulled Pork

Prepare the Pork
In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder. Place the pork in a slow cooker.

Cook the Pork
Pour apple cider vinegar and water over the pork. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the cooker to soak up the juices.

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens and bubbles.

Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pico de Gallo

Prepare the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, minced jalapeño, and salt.

Mix the Pico
Stir the mixture until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
Pita Chips

Prepare Pita Bread
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut pita bread into triangles.

Bake the Chips
Toss the pita triangles with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Nachos
On a large platter, layer the baked pita chips. Top with the shredded pulled pork, cheese sauce, pico de gallo, and garnish with sliced green onions and sour cream.
