Mimosa Base Ingredients

Additional Ingredients for Variation

Method

Mimosa Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Juice Mixtures

In separate pitchers, pour 1 cup of orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and peach nectar. Stir each mixture gently to combine.

  2. 2

    Chill the Champagne

Place the champagne in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.

  3. 3

    Prepare Glasses

Select a variety of champagne flutes and arrange them on a serving tray. Fill each glass with the juice mixtures about halfway.

  4. 4

    Mix with Champagne

Slowly pour champagne into each glass over the juice mixtures until full, allowing for a gentle fizz.

  5. 5

    Add Garnishes

Garnish each mimosa with fresh fruit slices or berries, and add a mint leaf for an extra touch of flavor.

Optional Variation Preparation

  1. 6

    Create a Sunset Mimosa

For a beautiful gradient effect, pour a splash of grenadine into the bottom of the glass before adding the juice mixture and champagne.

  2. 7

    Garnish Variations

Experiment with different garnishes such as a sprig of mint or additional fruit slices to enhance each mimosa's presentation and flavor.
