Prepare the Cucumber
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them into thick rounds and set aside.

Make the Cream Cheese Spread
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and fresh dill. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Assemble the Appetizers
Spread the dill cream cheese mixture on top of each cucumber slice. Top with a slice of smoked salmon and a few capers. Arrange on a serving platter.

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Remove chicken from heat, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with your choice of sides.

Prepare the Cake Batter
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely, then spread frosting evenly on top.
