Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add in the 4 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of salt.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add in the 2 large eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Add a pinch of salt.
