Season the Flour
In a shallow dish, mix the all-purpose flour with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Coat the Steak
Dip each piece of steak into the buttermilk, then dredge in the seasoned flour until evenly coated.

Fry the Steak
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated steak pieces and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Gravy
Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage, stirring to combine. Gradually add the milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
