Gravy or Cheese Sauce

Method

Waffles

  1. 1

    Prepare the Waffle Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine both mixtures and stir until just combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Waffles

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.

Breakfast Meats

  1. 3

    Prepare the Meats

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced ham, crumbled sausage, and crumbled bacon until heated through and slightly crispy. Set aside.

Breakfast Potatoes

  1. 4

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 5

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir until just set and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

Gravy or Cheese Sauce

  1. 6

Make the Gravy or Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened. For cheese sauce, stir in shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.
