Method

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 1

    Whisk the Eggs

In a large bowl, crack 12 eggs. Add 1 cup of milk, 1 tsp of salt, and 0.5 tsp of black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, melt 2 tbs of butter over medium heat until it is bubbling. Ensure the butter coats the bottom of the skillet.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, gently stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set but still creamy.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the cooked eggs and allow it to melt before serving.

Cooking the Bacon

  1. 5

    Prepare the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook 12 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Flip halfway through for even cooking.

  2. 6

    Drain the Bacon

Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

Preparing Toast and Sides

  1. 7

    Toast the Bread

While the bacon is cooking, toast slices of whole wheat bread in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 8

    Slice the Avocado and Tomato

Cut 2 avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice. Slice 2 fresh tomatoes.

Preparing Beverages

  1. 9

    Serve Orange Juice

Pour 4 cups of orange juice into glasses and set aside.

  2. 10

    Brew Coffee

Brew 4 cups of coffee using your preferred method and serve hot.
