Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the sautéed vegetables and stir constantly for about 2-3 minutes to cook the flour.

Building the Soup

Once the soup is simmering, pour in the beer, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to combine.

Reduce heat to low. Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
