Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Meats

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until well combined. Place chicken thighs, pork ribs, and beef brisket in a large resealable bag or container. Pour marinade over the meats and seal. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Grill the Chicken Thighs

Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Grill the chicken on medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Pork Ribs

Remove the pork ribs from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Grill the ribs for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have a nice char.

  3. 5

    Grill the Beef Brisket

Remove the beef brisket from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Grill the brisket for about 15-20 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C) for optimal tenderness.

  4. 6

    Grill Corn on the Cob

While the meats are grilling, place corn on the cob directly on the grill. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve with Sides

Once everything is cooked to perfection, serve the grilled meats along with corn on the cob, coleslaw, and pickles on the side.
