Coat the Lamb
Place the lamb chops in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
Making the Pistachio Crumble

Prepare the Crumble Mixture
In a food processor, combine pistachios, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.

Incorporate Butter
Add the butter to the food processor and pulse again until the mixture is combined and crumbly.
Cooking the Lamb Chops

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Sear the Lamb Chops
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
