Burger Patty

Method

Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Mixture

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well with your hands until evenly incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or skillet. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked patty, a slice of tomato, ketchup, mustard, and the top bun.

Fries

  1. 5

    Prep the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
