Infusing the Brandy
To make house-infused vanilla brandy, split 2 vanilla beans lengthwise and place them in a bottle of brandy. Let it infuse for at least 1 week in a cool, dark place.

Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the house-infused vanilla brandy, Grand Marnier, and Amaretto.

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
