Oysters Rockefeller Ingredients

Method

Directions to Prepare Oysters Rockefeller

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble into small pieces. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté Spinach

In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add the fresh spinach. Cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Mix the Filling

In a bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, crumbled bacon, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, half of the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the filling.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Oysters

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet. Spoon the filling evenly over each oyster. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the oysters are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Oysters Rockefeller warm!
