Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and let them drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Burger Patty

Season the Wagyu beef patty with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry the patty to your desired doneness (recommended medium-rare).

  3. 3

    Melt the Cheese

Place white cheddar cheese on top of the burger patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread creamy harissa on the bottom of the burger bun. Place the cooked Wagyu patty with melted cheese, followed by caramelized onions and crispy bacon. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips to resemble fries.

  2. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot, heat the beef fat to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

  3. 7

    Season the Fries

Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while hot.
