Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Morsels

In a large bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Form the Morsels

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs. Take a tablespoon of the lobster mixture and form it into small balls. Dip each ball into the flour, then into the egg wash, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Fry the Morsels

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the lobster morsels in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Make the Honey Mustard

In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the lobster morsels hot with the house-made honey mustard on the side for dipping.
