Froyo Base

Pineapple Juice

Method

Froyo Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Froyo Base

In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen mango, coconut milk, ripe bananas, and honey or maple syrup.

  2. 2

    Blend the Mixture

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  3. 3

    Freeze the Froyo

Pour the blended mixture into an airtight container. Place it in the freezer for about 2-4 hours or until it reaches a froyo-like consistency.

Juice Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Pineapple Juice

If using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother juice. Otherwise, you can use store-bought pineapple juice.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Tropical Sunset

Scoop the froyo into bowls or cups and drizzle with pineapple juice. You can also garnish with fresh fruits or coconut flakes if desired.
