Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Peel and chop the pineapple into small chunks, remove the core. Chop the apples into wedges, discarding the seeds. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the chopped pineapple, apple wedges, and cucumber slices.

  3. 3

    Add Mint

Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher, gently muddling them to release their flavor.

  4. 4

    Add Water

Pour in the 2 cups of water over the fruit and mint mixture.

  5. 5

    Sweeten (if desired)

If you prefer a sweeter beverage, add 2 tablespoons of honey to the pitcher and stir well until fully dissolved.

Chill and Serve

  1. 6

    Refrigerate

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve the 'Sweet Beach' drink over ice in glasses, garnishing with additional mint leaves if desired.
