Method

Juicing

  1. 1

    Prepare the Apples

Wash and core the fresh apples. Cut them into quarters.

  2. 2

    Juice the Apples

Place the apple quarters in a juicer. Add 1 cup of water to help with the juicing process. Juice the apples until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to collect the fresh apple juice.

Making Oat Milk

  1. 3

    Soak the Oats

In a bowl, soak the rolled oats in 4 cups of water for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.

  2. 4

    Blend the Oats

After soaking, drain the oats and rinse them. In a blender, combine the soaked oats with 4 cups of fresh water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high until smooth.

  3. 5

    Strain the Oat Milk

Strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or a fine mesh sieve to separate the milk from the oat pulp. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

Chia Seed Preparation

  1. 6

    Hydrate the Chia Seeds

In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with 1 cup of water. Stir well and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 7

    Mix and Serve

In a glass, pour a layer of fresh apple juice, followed by the oat milk, and top with hydrated chia seeds. Stir gently to combine and enjoy your refreshing Good Morning drink!
