Main Ingredients

Marinade

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until blended.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4

Prepare the Lemons

Cut the lemons in half. These will be grilled alongside the chicken for added flavor.

5

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

6

Grill the Lemons

Place the lemon halves cut side down on the grill during the last 5 minutes of chicken cooking time. Grill until charred and caramelized.

Serving

7

Serve the Dish

Remove the chicken and grilled lemons from the grill. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with the charred lemon halves for squeezing over the chicken.

8

Garnish

Chop fresh parsley and sprinkle over the grilled chicken before serving for added freshness.
