Cooking Gnocchi
1. Boil Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with the sauce and gently toss to coat the gnocchi in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
