Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ham
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about 1/8 inch deep.
- 2
Create the Glaze
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, and ground cloves until well combined.
- 3
Apply the Glaze
Brush the glaze evenly over the scored surface of the ham.
- 4
Add Pineapple and Cherries
Arrange the pineapple slices over the ham and secure them with toothpicks. Place a cherry in the center of each pineapple ring.
- 5
Bake the Ham
Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for about 15 minutes per pound, basting occasionally with the glaze.
- 6
Finish and Serve
Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the ham to brown. Once done, let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
