Cooking Method

1

Malibu Coconut Shrimp

In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate shrimp in this mixture for at least 30 minutes. Grill or fry the shrimp until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.

2

Firecracker Shrimp

Combine hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss shrimp in the mixture and let marinate for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the shrimp until crispy and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve hot.

3

Cocktail Shrimp

Boil shrimp in salted water for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and plunge into ice water to stop cooking. Serve chilled with your favorite cocktail sauce for dipping.
