Prepare the Glass
Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip it into a plate of coconut flakes to coat the rim.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine tropical rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and ice cubes.
Shake and Strain
Shake well until chilled, then strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a cherry if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
