French Fries

Method

Sliders Preparation

  1. 1

    Forming the Sliders

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Adding Cheese

If using cheese, fold it into the meat mixture gently to distribute evenly.

  3. 3

    Shaping

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into small patties that fit the slider buns.

  4. 4

    Cooking the Sliders

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the sliders for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

  5. 5

    Assembling the Sliders

Once cooked, place each slider patty on a bun and add ketchup and mustard as desired.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Cutting the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble french fries.

  2. 7

    Soaking the Fries

Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  3. 8

    Heating the Oil

In a deep pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  4. 9

    Frying the Fries

Carefully drop the soaked fries into the hot oil in small batches and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 10

    Draining and Seasoning

Once cooked, remove fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
