Method
Appetizer 1: Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the caps aside.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Fill the Mushrooms
Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap generously.

Bake
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Appetizer 2: Caprese Skewers

Prepare the Skewers
On a skewer, thread a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Season
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the assembled skewers, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse

Melt the Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Combine Mixtures
Gently fold in the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until no streaks remain.

Divide the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
