Salmon

Method

Prepare the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the salmon fillets for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh dill.

Cook the Angel Hair Pasta

  1. 3

    Boil the Water

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water.

  2. 4

    Cook the Pasta

Add the angel hair pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  3. 5

    Prepare the Pasta

Once cooked, drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic. Toss to combine.

  4. 6

    Garnish the Pasta

Add chopped fresh parsley to the pasta and mix well.

Make the Sauce

  1. 7

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add lemon juice, capers, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Serve

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place a portion of angel hair pasta. Top with grilled salmon, and drizzle with the caper sauce. Serve immediately.
