Preparation

Entrée 1: Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2. Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

3. Serve

Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.

Entrée 2: Creamy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

4. Cook the Pasta

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5. Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Combine Pasta and Sauce

Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until well combined. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper.

7. Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle chopped chives on top and serve immediately.

Entrée 3: Vegetable Stir-Fry

8. Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Set aside.

9. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

10. Add Sauce and Serve

Pour soy sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
