Method
Prepare Garlic Olive Oil

Mince Garlic
Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Heat Oil
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Infuse Oil
Add the minced garlic to the oil and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, but not browned. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Prepare Toppings

Slice Tomatoes
Wash and slice the Roma tomatoes into thin rounds.

Prepare Basil
Rinse the fresh basil leaves and pat them dry.
Assemble Pizza

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

Roll Out Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.

Add Cheeses
Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by the grated asiago cheese.

Add Tomatoes and Basil
Arrange the sliced Roma tomatoes on top of the cheese and scatter the fresh basil leaves.
Bake Pizza

Transfer to Oven
Carefully transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone).

Bake Pizza
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve

Cool and Slice
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
