Prepare the Chicken

Season the Chicken
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden brown color. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Cook Linguine
Add linguine to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cream Sauce

Add Cream and Lime Juice
Pour in the heavy cream and lime juice, stirring well to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and chopped cilantro to the sauce, stirring until well mixed. Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine and Serve

Toss Pasta
Add the cooked linguine to the cream sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.

Slice the sautéed chicken breasts into strips.

Plate the linguine tossed in cream sauce, top with sliced chicken, diced tomatoes, and garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
