Preparation of Salmon

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each fillet is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Prepare Mixed Greens
Wash and dry mixed greens. Toss with your favorite dressing just before serving.

Cook Quinoa
Rinse quinoa under cold water. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the quinoa is fluffy.
