Prepare Salad Base

Wash and Chop Romaine
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water and then dry it thoroughly. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Cherry Tomatoes
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the chopped romaine.
Make Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Make Croutons

Prepare Bread
Cut the bread into small cubes. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season and Bake
Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Toss to coat evenly, then spread them out in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Assemble Salad

Combine Salad and Dressing
Once the croutons are ready, add them to the bowl with the romaine and tomatoes. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the top and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Top the salad with shaved Parmesan cheese before serving.
