For the Appetizer

    Prepare the Tomatoes

    Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and slice them in half. Place them in a mixing bowl.

    Add Flavor

    Tear the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mixture and toss gently to combine.

    Transfer the salad to a serving platter and serve fresh.

For the Main Course

    Prepare the Chicken

    Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
