Prepare the Tomatoes
Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and slice them in half. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Flavor
Tear the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mixture and toss gently to combine.

Transfer the salad to a serving platter and serve fresh.

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Marinate
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Melt the Chocolate
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate.

Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.

Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
