Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccoli florets, bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots. Sauté for about 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  2. 3

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until they soften slightly.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 4

    Mix Pasta with Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

  2. 5

    Season the Mixture

Season with salt and black pepper. Toss again to ensure even seasoning.

  3. 6

    Add Cheese and Basil

Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil. Mix well until the cheese begins to melt.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve

Serve warm, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
