Method

Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus, slice the bell peppers, and cut the zucchini into rounds. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

  2. 7

    Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat.

  3. 8

    Finish the Sauce

Mix in the chopped parsley just before serving for a fresh flavor.
