In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
Serving

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a slice of pineapple on the rim, and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
