Prepare Thai Tea
In a saucepan, combine 400 ml of coconut milk and 200 ml of condensed milk. Add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Steep the Tea
Once the mixture comes to a simmer, remove from heat and let the tea steep for about 10 minutes. This will allow the flavors to infuse.
Strain the Mixture
After steeping, strain the mixture to remove the tea leaves. Allow the liquid to cool slightly.
