Cooking Edamame
Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
Add Edamame
Once the water is boiling, carefully add 2 cups of edamame to the pot.
Add Salt
Stir in 1 tablespoon of salt into the boiling water with the edamame.
Cook Edamame
Let the edamame boil for 5-7 minutes until they are tender and bright green.
Drain Edamame
Once cooked, drain the edamame in a colander and rinse briefly under cold water to stop the cooking process.
