Prepare Produce

Juicing / Blending
- 2
- 3
If you have a blender
Place the orange segments, carrot chunks, mango pieces, peeled ginger, and 1 cup cold water (or coconut water) into the blender. Blend on high until completely smooth (about 45–60 seconds). If you prefer a thinner juice, add up to 1/2 cup more water and blend again.
- 4
Strain (optional)
For a smooth, juice-like texture, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a bowl or pitcher, using a spatula to press out as much liquid as possible. For a thicker, smoothie-style beverage, skip straining.
Finish & Sweeten
- 5
Stir in the juice of 1 fresh lemon. Taste and add honey or agave syrup if desired (start with 1 tablespoon, then add more to taste). If serving cold, stir in ice cubes or chill the juice in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
Serve & Garnish
- 6
Pour the Sunrise Juice into glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a thin orange slice on the rim. Serve immediately for best flavor and brightness.
