Prep the Ingredients
Slice the cucumber and lime into thin rounds. Set aside.

Combine the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, St. Germaine, and lime juice. Stir gently to mix.

Add the Cucumber and Mint
Add the sliced cucumber and mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir gently to incorporate.

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the sangria for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Just before serving, add the soda water and stir gently.

Garnish and Enjoy
Serve the sangria over ice, garnished with additional cucumber slices and mint leaves if desired.
